Celebrate with London Youth Concert Band as they conclude their incredible second year together, with a wonderful concert of music to delight the senses. Sixty-Five of the finest, local, young musicians will perform a celebration concert with music ranging from Classical to Jazz, Stage & Screen to Pop. We welcome you to join the fun as this will be a spectacular performance not to missed. This event is not part of artsdepot’s programme but is an independent hire. Therefore, some discounts do not apply.

When a group of children discover all the adults have gone they quickly realise they need to survive on their own. What kind of world will they build for themselves and who will lead them? By day they create the rules and begin working out what to do next; by night, they are haunted by nightmares of a mysterious beast. Forgotten by society, it isn't long before their childhood games turn into a battle for their future… Pricing The work of the Young Company is always youth led and always developing, and our young people want as wide an audience as possible to come and see their work, so tickets for their performances are priced as Pay What You Want. A play with clay, where the audience is invited to participate. Come to a place where the earth’s natural material meets with children’s imaginations: a world of fabulous forms, amazing animals and morphing monsters. Each Claytime is totally unique, creating its own world, its own characters and its own stories drawn directly from its young audience. Interactive theatre at its most engaging. The show culminates with a short on-stage workshop where the children have their own opportunity for some hands-on clay time. Deep in the forest, stood a charming little Fir Tree. A Fir Tree who longed for excitement and couldn’t wait to grow up! “Oh, to be BIG like all the other trees!”  But little does the Fir Tree know, a glorious festive adventure awaits, and they’ll learn a lesson beyond their wildest dreams. From the creators of Wild  (Unicorn Theatre) and The Little Gardener  (UK Tour), How It Ended present a playfully imaginative re-telling of Hans Christian Andersen’s festive tale, for all the family. Presented by artsdepot and How It Ended as part of artsdepot’s 20th anniversary celebrations. All performances of The Fir Tree are Sensory Adapted. This means that the show has been designed for everyone to enjoy, including people with sensory sensitivities including those who are neurodiverse, have epilepsy, or learning disabilities. The environment in the auditorium will be the same as for our Relaxed Performances. These are open to everyone but are particularly suitable for people with sensory, communication or learning disabilities, and anyone who would benefit from a less formal environment. Audience members should feel comfortable making noise and moving around as and when they need to.

Greek dance artist, dramaturg and director Xenia Aidonopoulou makes visually compelling dance-theatre works filled with wonder and imagination that will captivate even the youngest audience members. Like the name says it’s a Comedy Club 4 Kids! Cracking entertainment for everyone over six years old and under 400 years old (no vampires). We have the best comedians from the UK and world circuit doing what they do best… but without the rude bits! Since 2005, the Comedy Club 4 Kids has been getting the best stand-ups and sketch acts from the international circuit to do their thing for an audience of children and their families… but without the rude bits! It’s just like a normal comedy club, but it’s on in the day, kids are allowed in, and thus there is a higher than usual chance of heckles like “why is that your face!?”
