Toddle Toes is our middle age group, who are just finding their feet! From walkers to 2.5 years. The class follows a set structure, which helps our toddlers to understand the class and even anticipate what comes next! We use fun props, a wide variety of music and we really get them moving. The goal for this class it to build confidence, develop listening and communication skills and, of course, tire them out for you! It is so rewarding to see their confidence develop each week, until they are brave enough to run into the middle and twirl all by themselves! Please note there is a one-off £10 registration fee, which includes your Tappy Toes t-shirt Three week trial £22 - Trial classes must be taken consecutively from the date of booking and are non-refundable

These classes offer a structured programme of ballet where pupils will learn skilled ballet technique and artistry following the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus. The children will be encouraged to attend twice a week and will be given the opportunity to be entered into their grade examinations at the RAD.

During these classes the language of Ballet, as well as knowledge of correct structural and muscular placement will be taught. Elegance, grace with strength, flexibility, expression and artistry are taught and students will learn the disciplines of classical, free- movement and character. This Grade 4 RAD Ballet class is suitable for children aged 10-12 years old.

Musical Theatre is a fantastic fun form of theatrical performance that kids love. All the dancing, singing and acting students have learnt in individual classes are fused together and emphasis is placed on confident performing and style. Exerts from different musicals e.g. Wicked, Mary Poppins, Billy Elliott etc are selected each term and students then have the chance to show off these skills in our biennial Theatre productions. This Musical Theatre class is suitable for children aged 7-12 years old.

Our weekly classes are ideal for kids who want to learn ballet, meet new friends, and learn the importance of discipline in a friendly and welcoming environment. Our Ballet classes will also help them improve their confidence and their creativity. There will also be opportunities for children to take part in official RAD examinations as well as competitions later in the year to challenge themselves. Competitions and exams are not compulsory, and children will be entered only if they wish to & once they are ready! Fun classes are organised such as Halloween Theme, Christmas Theme classes and much more… Please note that the age is an indication only and children will be placed in the correct class according to their abilities & level of ballet. Term bookings only.

Our Preparatory Tap class is a 15-minute add-on class taking place after primary ballet lessons in every one of our locations, this 15min class is the perfect little introduction to tap dancing. Angelina Jandolo Dance school teaches tap classes for children in London, with weekly term-time lessons across venues in the South East and East of the city, including Greenwich, Blackheath and Eltham. Both beginner and intermediate children’s lessons are currently available to book. Our tap teachers have all trained professionally in internationally-renowned dance schools and conservatoires, going on to perform at national and international levels. Your children will be welcome no matter how new they are to tap dancing, and will progress at a steady pace through IDTA-syllabus exams (although there is not obligation to take them – it’s up to you and your kids!) Classes are built to help students progress, but are challenging too: both complete beginners and those with existing experience will learn and grow as tap dancers while learning to dance in a group while making new friends.

Primary classes are for children over five years old – first timers and those transitioning from younger classes are both welcome. Children will learn the foundations of classical ballet in a fun and rewarding atmosphere. Additionally, students will work on creativity, musicality and physical skills. Angelina and her team of professional, young and qualified teachers run children’s ballet lessons in London, specifically teaching in Greenwich, Blackheath, Dulwich, Central London and Eltham. Our school has been created for those who would prefer national and international-level performing dancers to help their children through exams, or to simply enjoy the world of dance. This Primary Ballet Class is suitable for children aged 5+ and lasts 45 minutes.

This specially designed Tap & Jazz class is the perfect introduction to Ballet and has been created by Dakoda’s Dance Academy for both Boys & Girls. Tap dance is a type of dance that uses metal plates on the Heel and the toe to create a ‘percussion’ sound. There are many variations of tap but we prefer to teach ‘ Broadway Tap’ which also uses classic 80s and 90s tracks to give a classic Hip Hop vibe. Whether your child is a beginner or a little more advanced, our Street Dance classes are tailored to accommodate and are taught by out friendly, professional dance instructors. This Tap and Jazz Inter class is suitable for children aged 12+ years old.
