About Year 6 Netball

These sessions build on the FUNdamentals of movement to more complex actions.

Using these movement skills that have been learnt; ballers will continue their netball specific development.

This will include techniques for shooting, attacking, defending and off the ball positioning.

All of this learning will be brought together and used successfully in netball matches within the sessions.

Teamwork and the importance of hard work become paramount, whilst participant enjoyment remains the primary objective.

Through the guidance from our experienced coaches, children learn the fundamentals of netball.

They develop a love of the sport and an appreciation of what they can physically and mentally achieve.

The foundation is laid to progress to School netball teams, Club netball membership or to go on to other wonderful sporting achievements.​

- 45 minute sessions for Year 6
