An established Commercial Dance Studio in East London. Our team consists of professional choreographers with on stage experience across the Globe. We offer professional and recreational dance classes for both adults and children in the fun and encouraging atmosphere! Dancewithus.co.uk began with a love story that lasted a lifetime. Darja Bardo, a dance enthusiast, wanted to extend the art of dancing throughout the area. Her aim was to give people in the area a chance to socialize, get to know their neighbours and bring creativity into their daily routines of people. Attracting professional choreographers and gymnasts, the first Dance Fitness Classes started.

About Ballet Level 1

During this course, the children will begin to learn the core elements of ballet.

They will learn basic ballet steps and jumps, continue to build their posture and improve flexibility. In practice, they will dance individually as well as in pairs and in groups.

We will introduce a bit of structured learning to aid them in progressing into the preparatory grades.

Level 1 builds on children's key motor skills and establishes the fundamentals of musicality, movement and creativity.

Students are encouraged to develop their imagination and communication skills, helping them to build confidence. Music and rhythm are a central focus of this class.

We will work on the development of a sense of rhythm, flexibility and strength, with an emphasis on strengthening the core muscles of the spine, stomach and feet.

This is combined with a strong focus on improvisation to classical music as well as developing the initial positions of the arms and legs, dance steps, jumps and poses.
